Louise is an inspiration and leader among Activity Professionals and has been recognized as the Activity Professional Of The Year in the state of Wisconsin for the second time.  She has been a pioneer in implementing our inter-generational relationship with community schools and has established resident traditions that bring families, friends and residents together.  She acts as an innovator for activity programming and is noted for thinking outside of the box.  Louise starts from the position of - what would the residents like?- and then how can we make it happen.
